The process is easy...

Step #1 - complete the application form below

Step #2 - after we receive your application, we will send you "The Question" to write an answer to.  Handwrite an answer,
a full page, and email it to info@bluemtnfundraising.com (put "The Question" in the subject line, or mail it back to us to:

******* Deadline is to receive email or mail is the day before Thanksgiving!

When answering "The Question"... write it from your heart.  Make us laugh, make us cry but have a serious undertone answering the question.  There is NO right or wrong answer... and definitely do not have your parents help you (it is so easy to tell when they write the response).  Spelling mistakes happen - it's ok.  Grammatical mistakes happen - it's ok.  We are not reading it for an English grade so no stressing on this project.
